We offer an online ordering service for gifts and memorabilia but we recommend booking an appointment where our team will give recommendations on sizing and requirements.


Returns & refunds

We are committed to providing a fair and professional service. Our returns policy covers in-store and online purchases.

If you change your mind about anything you buy online or in the shop, simply return the item/s unworn and in pristine condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. We will happily exchange any item purchased for a more suitable size as long the item/s are unworn and are returned in pristine condition. Please note that your right to return does not apply to items not eligible due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty, i.e. socks and tights removed from packaging, mouth guards, undergarments and any goods that are made or supplied to a special order or are personalised.

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it. After 30 days we will repair it as long as it is within the terms and conditions of our warranty. If a product develops a fault within six months of purchase it will be inspected and if considered faulty due to a manufacturer fault, the item will be replaced or refunded.
